Exchange & Return Policy

Team Best and Less Family Garments Store understands that sometimes your purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the exchange and return process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Exchange Policy: We offer free exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply contact us through our customer service email or phone number and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Return Policy: We also accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact us through our customer service email or phone number to initiate the return process. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Conditions:

  • All items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or return.
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on final sale items.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
